Welcome to Bryant Lettings...We are Mike & Penny Bryant. We have a small selection of good quality homes which we let to discerning tenants. We manage the properties ourselves (instead of using letting agents), finding this allows us to give a better service and achieve a good relationship with our tenants. We take pride in keeping all our properties in excellent condition, and we look for tenants who will take good care of our properties too. We expect potential private sector tenants to be able to provide a security deposit along with sound employment and financial references (full details here). People in receipt of Housing Benefit may also be acceptable tenants, subject to certain criteria being met. (Full details here.) All our properties are let with carpets, curtains, kitchen appliances (cooker, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer), vacuum cleaner and lawn mower (if applicable), but otherwise unfurnished.
